Pre-Formed Team Registration Instructions

Roster

  • 10 players minimum
  • The league can add free agent players, if available, to get to 10. These players should not have to pay any coaching fees.

Coach(es)

  • The team shall provide their own coach(es)
  • The Head Coach must attend the coaches kickoff mtg
  • The Head Coach must take the required training, fill out the coaches app and abide by C-Hoops rules (see https://cupertinohoops.org/coaches-corner/)

Registration

  • All players must fill out the pre-reg form (see https://cupertinohoops.org/pre-reg-form/) individually
  • Enter Team Name or Coach under Coach/Teammate Request(s)
  • All signed pre-reg forms must be turned over to Team Mgr, who will hang onto them for the entire season
  • The Team Mgr must ensure that ALL players have registered
  • No one needs to go to in-person registration
  • The Team Mgr must provide the following to Robin prior to the first in-person registration:
    • Team Name, Coaches names and email addresses — please email
    • Roster (names and grade) — please email
    • Confirmation that all players have completed the pre-reg form
    • Payment for the entire team
      • Single check made to Cupertino Hoops — please email if you wish to mail a check or stop by my home
      • Paypal friends/family to cupertino.hoops@gmail.com
      • Zelle to cupertino.hoops@gmail.com
      • Venmo to @Robin-Young-174

Non-C-Hoops Uniforms

  • See About page for discount off of registration fee
  • Home/away jersey and shorts
  • Provide photos to Robin for approval

Evaluations

  • Mandatory for teams that will require free agents to fill out the roster
  • If a team does not attend evals, they will start out in a higher division

Volunteering

  • The team’s parents are responsible for gym setup/monitoring on one weekend during the season
