Registration Instructions

Step 1: Fill out the Online Pre-Registration Form.
Step 2: After you submit the form, a confirmation Email will be sent to the provided address. Check your Email for the pre-registration confirmation. Contact Cupertino.Hoops@Gmail.com or use the ContactUs Page if you don’t receive it.
- Receipt of this confirmation Email does NOT guarantee placement on a team. It simply provides you with a filled-in form to be submitted at the in-person registration.
- The online submission date/time is NOT a factor in determining registration priority.
Step 3: Print the pre-registration confirmation Email, sign/date at the top and bring it along with the registration fee (check made to Cupertino Hoops or cash) to the appropriate in-person registration night. See the Home page for dates/times/location.
- SHOW UP EARLY! SPACE IS LIMITED!
- Player or Parent MUST be present during Registration.
- Not everyone that registers is guaranteed placement on a team.
- After the first registration night (ONLY for returning families), any available “openings” are assigned on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED basis.
